Graduated in Civil Engineering from Unicamp as one of the best Universities of Brazil, MBA in Marketing & HR from ESPM and graduated from INSEAD in International Leadership (Paris, Singapore and New York).

Ricardo is an international consultant, specialized in the electrical sector, with over 20 years of experience. After working for ten years as a Leader in Product Development, Coordinator in Marketing and Communication Strategy and Corporate Commercial Manager for a major French manufacturer (Pial Legrand in Brazil), he worked another ten years for one of the largest electrical wholesalers in the world (Sonepar), first as COO of the operation in South America and later as Global Market Director, being responsible for the strategy of market development and partners management in 45 countries, also acting as a member of the global committee for the Group digital transformation.

Ricardo is currently the Managing Director of Expansio International Consulting Services with headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland and operation in Brazil, and he is also a senior board member and managing partner for some key electrical material & digital players. 

He advises on and provides consultancy and coaching in the strategy and operational aspects of management, suppliers management, international development, channel excellence, digital transformation, marketing, commercial strategy & business development and M&A.
